Dalyce Wilson was born in Los Angeles, California and has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of seven. After receiving a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014, she attended the University of Ulster in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In 2016, she graduated with a MFA in Photography. After graduating, Wilson moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand where she lived for 3 years, teaching, blogging and learning Thai language. She now does professional photography in San Diego, California.

She has been a passionate, intersectional Vegan for 11 years and uses the cruelty-free ethos to navigate her way through life. None of her photography will feature animal-agriculture and she does not accept work from companies that operate against her beliefs. She dreams of spending the rest of her days improving the lives of Black, Indigenous and People of Color by using her photography, videography and writing skills. She possesses a unique love for traveling, forming bonds with people from different cultures and sharing delicious Vegan food along the way!
